Right now I don't know why,but I am just in a blah kinda mood.
I have my sons walker in the kitchen, and yet I find myself having a really hard time just getting rid of it.
It looks just like it did when he used to sit in it.
I hate when I get this way, cause then my emotions run high, and I start to feel confused about the whole ordeal, then I get stressed out.
I so stress myself out,and it's most likely most of the time things I could avoid,or just brush off..but no uh-uh not me. I'm a natural born worrier...lol...that's just me!
I looked at my kids this morning, before they got on the bus. I realized in that split second how much older they are. They aren't my lil babies anymore (granted they'll always be,you yourselves as mother's know what I mean there)...They are just taller, and older looking..it makes me quite sad,so sad that I wanted to cry...hmm I just don't like those moments..lol
Yet again....what mother does..lol.
Abby has been talking to me for a long time now about becoming a medic either in the Marine's or Army. I can't remember which one. Her grandpa and great uncles were a military family. She's wanting to become a nurse. I am proud of her,and yet I fear for her. I refuse to break her spirit though..
I've always told my children...I don't care what you decide to do as long as it isn't harmful, degrading,or just mean but I will be behind them 110% in what they decide to do as they get older, and grow up.
Taylor wants to become a chef, and tattoo artist. He's always drawing,or making paper guns, and knives...I need to start documenting with pictures,he's quite talented.. ;)
Abby is as well.
I think it's wonderful that my children seem to want to do what they seem to like a lot/Love.
Well This is all for now!
Blessed Be-
Erica.

Hello my name is....
Hello everyone out there on the great World Wide Web....
My name is Erica.
I am a 34 year old sahm (Stay At Home Mom) and I love every minute of it.
I have a 14 year old,and my son going to be 13 in May.
I am a proud mama to my 2 WONDERFUL Fur-Babies.
Gizmo (who is part Chihuahua (her father) ,and Pug (her mother).
So I call her a Chug :) She's also a daddy's girl.
I'm originally from Charleston,SC,but moved to Blytheville,Ar due to my dad transferring..he was in the USAF (United States Air Force)
where I currently reside (10 min,to a town called) in Gosnell,Ar
Bessie (who is part sheltie, and german shepherd) she rescued me 7 years ago,and has been my side kick through it all.
Every where I go,there is Bessie ;)
She is in here now sleeping on my bed as I sit and type away, lol.
Such a good girl. She's also (in case you haven't caught on) is a momma's girl.
:) I Love every minute of it. LOL
I am happily married to my Soul Mate (yes I believe in that stuff, and he is mine, lol) for 15 wonderful years. He's truly saved me. I am forever greatful for being the one he picked to spend the rest of his life with, and to have his babies (which I've always wanted).
We met when I was 15,and he was 19. He was wearing his concert t-shirt,camo pants, and his boots, and a hat. I THOUGHT he was SO cute. LOL..we tried to date 3 times all together, and the first time I was 16 my mom found out,and OMG all hades broke loose, lol then at 17 and he was 21..well that didn't work out. Then when I was 18 we got back together, and we've been together ever since.
I love being around him all the time, and he loves spending every moment with me as well. He will gladly tell you, lol. We're strange I guess to love being with each other, but I believe in Love :) and it does take 2 to keep it going, and I made my mind up when I was dating Dan,that I wanted a much more different marriage than I was used to seeing.
So we have done JUST that :)
I have one of the most wonderful daughter, whom I LOVE very much, and I count on her more than she realizes, but then I think the more she get's older the more she does realize it after all.
She is a teenager, and I tell you I am not liking these teenage years at ALL...I thought having them as small children was a rough patch LOL whooo...you can tell I am SO used to being a teenager's mom,I am so used to being their mommy. LOL
She is a help out,and has gotten a lot better about doing her chores in the house.
My son helps well in the house as well...
I have Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD: in my lower back)
I also have Chronic Hip Bursitis, and Rheumetoid Arthritis.
Dan is such a great husband. He takes great care of all of us. Without him this would be almost impossible for him,and also without the help of everyone...and them being at that age of they can pull their own weight....I had to do ALOT more chores than they do lol
All they have to do is the Kitchen (they do this together) and their rooms...every now and then help me with the laundry (but I think with the way my hands, elbows and wrists have been hurting me...that they're going to have to help a lot more with the laundry.).
It won't kill them though....as shocking to them as it sounds (well to my daughter, lol)
Have a good everning.
Blessed BE...

Randomly speaking out of turn...
Life is hard period. I think though, that when we become mom's...then it becomes just a little more harder. You not only have you to take care of,and keep alive..but you have this special little mini you...to think about.
I tell you. I didn't realize how difficult it would be with 2 little one's in diapers at the same time. They're a yr apart :) so it was definately trying at times.. but what isn't I guess now...
I tell ya what is...I realize that yes other people out there have it worse off than I do..but for once..as bad as it sounds I am NOT looking out that window right now. I have to look at my son and all the things he's overcome and will have to yet overcome.
Let me tell you about him first, that way what he has doesn't define him to anyone (not saying it does, but there are some out there that think differently) :)
He is Taylor Coy Ivy,and he is 12 yrs. old. He likes play nerf guns, and games just like any other little boy his age. Only thing is...he has
OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obsessive_Compulsive_Disorder
Tourettes Syndrome:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tourettes_Syndrome
and
Sensory integration dysfunction:

He is the cutest lil boy I have ever seen. Hmm,yes I guess you can say I am biased. He is my son after all,and I Love him with every ounce of me,and Love his sister more than anything also.. :)
He is very lovey to me (which I am eating up,cause his sisters the opposite, hehe), he is getting though now to where when they leave to go anywhere, especially school he kisses me behind the door and he calls it our secret kissies :) I don't care,I still love it!
I don't think it would be as hard if I had someone to talk to about it.
I miss my MIL she passed away in 10-15-1999,and she LOVED Abby. She was SO helpful to me.
She was so tickled when Dan,and I told her I was expecting (Taylor) and she just couldn't wait. She didn't get to see him physically,he wasn't born until May 13,2000. I know she is watching us wherever she is in the universe..
I don't have relationship with my own mother. I just feel for my health (and past health issues) it's best I just illiminate all the stress so there goes about 90% if it,I don't speak to either of my (2 older) sisters. I talk to my dad every now and then. It's strange cause all but my middle sister lives 10 min. away..it's ok though. You get used to it.
Plus it's not like I had great happily married people romodels anywho. My husband and I are no strangers to showing affection in front of my kids,I feel it helps them understand the healthy love, and relationship..well that I basically longed for,and never saw.
Taylor is the funniest little guy you can come across...when he was little he couldn't talk (not until he was around 4,and then it was baby noises, but he couldn't never say I love you too,so when someone would say I Love you TayTay he'd smile real big,and say toooooo lol it was the cutest thing. He would "imitate' by motions the Scream Ghost Face Killer he would put one hand on his lil forehead, and open his mouth real big tilt his lil head down til he was looking at you through the tops of his little eyes, and a hand on his chin...LOL I guess he thought that would temporarily stretch his face lol...silly kid.
He is really laid back, and he's real clean in his room...I accidentally bumped his little car,and tried to move it exactly how he had it,and he came in from school and said mommy have you been in my room,lol..WHOOPS :) yes I am guilty haha.
